Wedding Planning & Coordination
 
Fabulous Events offers three different wedding packages. Our packages and coordination services are created to help any
client at any stage of the planning process.
 
Diamond Package
 
This package is designed to provide clients with extensive support and complete guidance throughout the planning process. We will assist in every aspect including budget development, vendor selection, and full event day coordination.
 
-Develop and maintain the parameters of an overall budget.
-Help create theme and style of event
-Set and attend appointments with suggested vendors, such as:
o   Ceremony & Reception site(s)
o   Caterer
o   Printing Services
o   Bridal Salon dress selections
o   Tuxedo Rentals
o   Florist, Décor, and/or Production Company
o   Entertainment (Band or DJ)
o   Musicians for Ceremony
o   Photographer
o   Videographer
o   Bakery
o   Officiant
o  Transportation for the wedding day
-Review all contracts for completeness
-Prepare calendar of payments, deadlines, and appointments
-Track all deposits and payments made to vendors
-Provide constant communication with all vendors-
-Assist with Invitations, Favors, and Accessories
-Provide rehearsal dinner recommendations
-Assist with guest accommodations
-Answer unlimited calls and emails from client
-Meet with bride approximately 2-4 weeks before the wedding to review vendors contracted, develop wedding day timeline, review wedding day tasks list and review rehearsal and ceremony flow and agenda.
  Wedding Day Coordination Service
-Orchestrate and direct Rehearsal and Ceremony, working side by side with the officiant and other vendors
-Work side by side with the other vendors to ensure the day flows smoothly
-Be an advocate who works on the couple’s behalf to get the best services, quality, and prices
-Oversee all the work done by all the vendors hired
-Handle last minute details
-Prepare schedules and itineraries for the vendors
-Pack up and transfer important items such as guestbook, cake box, toasting glasses, photos, etc.

-Organization & coordination of weekend activities
-Deliver gown to site
-Assemble and send invitations
-Transport décor to reception 
-Maintenance of RSVP’S
-Coordinate and attend bridal party attire appointments
-Plan rehearsal dinner
-Assist at bridal portrait
-Set up of personal décor
-Deliver gown afterwards to be clean and preserved
-Return tuxedos
-Return rental items

Platinum Package
 
This package is designed for clients who have begun the journey down the road of event planning on their own, but need some assistance in finalizing plans and details. We can step in at any stage of the process to assist clients in carrying out the event of their dreams while overseeing any remaining plans. This package is customized to fill in what has been left out, and also includes the following day of event services.
 
-Orchestrate and direct Rehearsal and Ceremony, working side by side with the officiant and other vendors
-Prepare schedules and itineraries for the vendors  
-Work side by side with the other vendors to ensure the day flows smoothly
-Be an advocate who works on the couple’s behalf to get the best services, quality, and prices
-Oversee all the work done by all the vendors hired
-Handle last minute details
-Pack up and transfer important items such as guestbook, cake box, toasting glasses, photos, etc.

Gold Package
 
This package is designed for clients who are handling all of their own arrangements, but need someone to oversee day of event activities and insure the flow of their day, being a point of contact for all vendors.
 
-Prior to the event, we will meet with you to obtain a list of all of the vendors you have contracted and to plan an event day itinerary.  [The list of vendors should include the contact phone number, contact name, email address, and the address of each of the vendors (if available).] 
-The itinerary will be distributed to the vendors, and we will confirm all arrival times and delivery locations.
-We will attend the rehearsal to assist the officiant and to help assure all attendants know what is expected of them. (Rehearsal coordination offered at an additional fee.)
-Coordination includes early arrival at venue to provide direction and assistance wherever needed.
-We will oversee all day-of activities and be the main point of contact for all vendors to assure that the day runs as smoothly as possible.

Travel fees and expenses may apply for venues out of area.
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure services.
